Ready-to-occupy houses

	The 52 houses currently on offer to the public have been designed by Charles Correa. All are duplex houses, arranged in clusters around landscaped courtyards. The built-up areas range from 1,100 to 1,940 sq ft. The plot sizes range from 1,055 sq ft to 1,726 sq ft.
	Each house has been designed with an open space in the front and a private garden at the back, which opens to a courtyard. The first floor of every house has a balcony at the rear. There are three to four bedrooms in each house.
	All the houses have ceramic tile flooring, with glazed tile flooring and dado in the baths and the toilets.
	The doors and windows have sal-wood frames. The windows are fitted with aluminum sliding glazed/mesh shutters.
	The houses are painted with oil-bound distemper on the inner walls, waterproof cement paint on the external walls and enamel paint on the doors and windows.
	The kitchens have been provided with Cuddapah stone platforms and stainless steel sinks.
	The bathrooms have been fitted with geysers.
	Mangalore-tiled sloped roofs cover the balconies, car parks and chajjas.

	Sizes ranging from 1,055 sq ft to 3,300 sq ft.

	Layout approved by planning authorities in Hosur and Chennai.
