Mumbai: Smart Value Homes (SVHL), a 100 percent subsidiary of Tata Housing Development Company (Tata Housing), India’s fastest growing pan-India real estate developer, today announced its foray into Bengaluru with the launch of its landmark affordable housing brand – New Haven, which is aimed to be the first green township, located off Tumkur Road – one of the city’s fastest developing corridors. The project offers over 1,800, 2 and 3 BHK apartments priced Rs20 lakh onwards in 11 to 15 storeyed towers.
Close to the Golden Palms Resort and surrounded by lush greenery, the township is aesthetically designed by internationally acclaimed architects Callison, USA. The area is well connected via Nice Ring Road and an upcoming metro station, thereby making it Bengaluru's most attractive and upcoming destination for real estate development.
Announcing the launch of New Haven, Bengaluru, Brotin Banerjee, MD and CEO, Tata Housing, said, “Envisaging the rising demand for affordable homes with premium facilities in the Silicon Valley of India, we are pleased to bring this iconic and successful affordable housing brand for the people of Bengaluru. New Haven's self-contained, amenity and lifestyle, affordable homes are intended for the urban aspirers segment of consumers that have a distinct lifestyle preference. The launch of New Haven is in line with our expansion plans for the SVHL across India.”
New Haven, Bengaluru, is the fourth project of SVHL under the brand name. The first New Haven was unveiled in Boisar and later at Vasind (both near Mumbai, Maharashtra) and early this year in Ahmedabad.
The project offers all the amenities essential for modern-day living – swimming pool, well-equipped gymnasium, retail shopping facilities and indoor games room. The project will follow an integrated sustainable township approach and is conceptualised and developed with a vision to create a positive ecosystem for the neighborhood and the community.
The association of New Haven, Bengaluru, with nature begins with the master design layout itself, where the network of buildings are reminiscent of inter-connected organic tree branches. In the elevated view, the towers give a stepped terraced formation, recalling European medieval towns.
The parent company, Tata Housing, has already established its presence in Bengaluru and some of its noteworthy projects are Xylem, Bengaluru’s first LEED certified IT park; Aquila Heights, Bengaluru’s tallest residential address; and The Promont, hilltop luxury residences.
